King County Nurses Association (KCNA) is an official Region of Washington State Nurses Association (WSNA). To join KCNA, nurses first join the Washington State Nurses Association then are automatically members of KCNA (or other WSNA Region) and the American Nurses Association.

When joining WSNA, nurses are assigned a Region depending on where they practice nursing in the state.
